Refund and Returns Policy

At Willies Clothing Empire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy.  

Returns

Eligibility:

You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 5 days of receiving your order. Items returned outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

Return Process:

#1 Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at williamasante32@gmail.com or +233(0)243498008 within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

#2 Return Authorisation: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

#3 Packaging: Securely package the items you are returning in the original packaging, if possible, or in a suitable alternative.

#4 Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., an incorrect item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please include the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

#5 Return Address: Send your return to the address provided in the return instructions. Do not return items to the original shipping address.

Refunds

#1 Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days.

#2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

#3 Refund Amount: The refund amount will be for the price of the returned item(s), excluding the original shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Exceptions

#1 If the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., worn, washed, damaged, missing tags), we reserve the right to refuse a refund or issue a partial refund.

#2 For items purchased during a sale or with a discount code, the refund will be for the discounted price paid.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.  

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at williamasante32@gmail.com or +233(0)243498008 with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.  

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at williamsante32@gmail.com or +233(0)243498008. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect item.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at williamasante32@gmail.com.
